REVISION PROCESS
If you are not fully satisfied with your delivered song, we offer unlimited free revisions. To request a revision:
- Reply to your delivery email with specific feedback on what you would like changed
- Provide clear and actionable details so our team can make the appropriate adjustments
- Our team will work with you to revise the song until you are satisfied
We require your cooperation and timely responses during the revision process. Revisions are based on the original order details provided. Requests to change the song recipient may be treated as a new order. Changes to the occasion, genre, mood, or vocal style are considered standard revisions and are included at no cost.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
We offer a money-back guarantee subject to the following conditions:
- Complete information: The original order must contain sufficient and accurate details for our team to create your song. Orders with incomplete, vague, or missing information may require additional input from you before a refund can be considered.
- Revision opportunity: You must allow our team a reasonable opportunity to revise the song based on your feedback. Refund requests submitted without first attempting revisions may be subject to review.
- Good faith: Refund requests must be made in good faith. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or not made in good faith.
- Cooperation: You must respond to communications from our support team in a timely manner during the revision and refund process.

If, after working with our team on revisions, you remain unsatisfied with your song:

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider:
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Other payment methods may vary in processing time
LIMITATIONS
This refund policy does not apply to:
- Orders where the customer has been unresponsive to support communications for more than 14 days
- Disputes initiated through third-party payment providers (chargebacks) without first contacting us directly
- Requests made more than 60 days after the original delivery
